"Quad house"
The Living Wall Picture

The special thing about what we do is not only how we design the exterior of the building or the user experience of the interior spaces. We deeply care about the standards and the details of what the user would not see.

A fifteen-centimeter layer of thermal insulation, installed the right way and tailored to reduce thermal bridges to almost eliminate them around the traditional weak points of insulation like the drop beams and the integrated columns.

These efforts lead to achieve an average U-value of 0.22 around all the surface area of the exterior walls of the residence. The users of these enveloped spaces will experience comfortable living conditions with minimum heating and cooling requirements leading to lowering the total cost of energy bill.
