Akrouk Residence — Amman, Jordan

350 m² of quiet privacy. Textured concrete and geometric breeze blocks filter light and air without ever fully opening up,giving the home seclusion, not isolation. A calm entrance sequence eases the shift from street to home, where softer materials take over from the concrete.
Minimalist, but never cold.

The Royal Automotive Museum — Driven by terrain, shaped by legacy.
A tribute to the late King Hussein’s passion for cars, this museum transforms architecture into a journey through memory and motion. Inspired by BMW Welt and the Mercedes-Benz Museum, fluid ramps and evolving spaces guide visitors through Jordan’s automotive story.
Blending rugged landscape with sleek design, the project dissolves boundaries between nature and innovation, creating an experience where every step moves through history.
Originally developed as a competition entry, the project explores how architecture can turn a cultural legacy into an immersive experience.

• 6–10 years of architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
• Ability to review drawings, coordinate disciplines, and ensure technical accuracy
• Good understanding of materials, specifications, and construction requirements
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple project requirements

Almost no windows face the street. That's not an oversight it’s the point!

Two stone volumes, clad in local Ajloun stone with a 7.5cm split-face coursing, sit on the site like something the land already produced. Windows only appear where they're earned.

Everything else stays closed, privacy over street presence, quiet over performance.

Paradigm DH took part in a B2B conference in Baghdad, Iraq, hosted by the Jordanian A/E Business Council.

Our Architect Saja Nashashibi, a member of the Council’s Board of Directors, led the opening speech.

The gathering brought Jordanian architecture and engineering firms face-to-face with Iraqi counterparts, opening the door to shared expertise and future partnerships across the Iraqi market.

Art Institute, Aqaba — built to hold a program that keeps evolving.

Beyond the central exhibition hall, a network of flexible studios extends outward: rentable creative modules built to accommodate a range of disciplines, from a dedicated music studio to workshop spaces.

The institute isn’t fixed to one use it’s structured to grow with whatever artistic or educational need comes next.

Administration and a café thread through the plan too, positioned so artists, students, and visitors keep crossing paths.

1,621 m², under construction in Ayla.

The columns weren’t going anywhere. So we asked what they could earn instead of just holding up the ceiling.

At Olivestone, two structural columns became circular oak shelving layered rings of jars, oils, and preserves, right where guests order. It’s not decoration. It’s the same instinct behind the open bakery concept: nothing here is hidden. The bread proofing, the pastry work, the pantry all visible, because that’s what “freshly handmade every day” actually means when you build it into the architecture instead of just writing it on the wall.
Structure doesn’t have to disappear to feel refined. Sometimes it just needs a better job to do.

For LANXESS Energizing Chemistry in Cologne, Germany, Paradigm Design House delivered the façade engineering, creating a high performance architectural envelope that reflects the company’s expertise.

The façade incorporates materials developed from LANXESS’ chemical intermediates, additives, specialty chemicals, and modern plastics, resulting in a design that is both durable and contemporary.
