AE5 Partners is a new professional organization dedicated to the building process in its totality, AE5 Partners' founding idea is to satisfy every Customer's requirements from the beginning of the creative process to the completion of the works. These experiences have been developed in projects realized on their own, or in collaboration with engineering societies, architectural offices, builders,
and, in general, "general contractors" operating in national and international field. AE5 Partners is creative environment, where each project is seen as an oppotunity to explore ideas that are uniquely defined by the brief, cultural and geographical context and the collettive aspirations of the Customer and the design team. Of equal importance is our commitment to sustainability, which influences everything we do. AE5 Partners carries out its own service predisposing the organization of necessary resources basing on the working plan previously established with the Customer, availing itself of highly qualfied staff in the various disciplines which characterize the building process. Project Management service is a real managerial technical interface among the internal professional figures, the Customer and the Contractors, respecting temporal, geometric, technical, emergency and budget parameters in the investment process, conceived by the Customer. L'idea fondante di AE5 Partners si concretizza pertanto nel dare seguito e soddisfare le più varie esigenze del Committente dall'avvio del processo ideativo fino al completamento dell'opera. Ciò è reso possibile dall'impiego coordinato delle esperienze professionali di AE5 Partners, esperienze maturate su progetti realizzati in proprio o in collaborazione con società di ingegneria, studi di architettura operanti in ambito nazionale ed internazionale. Il proprio serizio di Project Management si configura come una vera e propria interfaccia tecnico gestionale tra le figure professionali interne, il Committente e le Imprese Appaltatrici, nel rispetto dei molteplici parametri temporali, geometrici, tecnici, di sicurezza e di budget, individuati nel processo di investimento concepito dal committente.
