“食べる”だけでは終わらない、食育のための場所。

本店に続き、こちらの空間も設計させていただきました。

果物を販売する場所であると同時に、
食に触れ、学び、体験するための空間。

A place dedicated to food education—where the experience goes beyond simply eating.

Following the main store, we also had the opportunity to design this space.

More than a place to purchase fruit,
it is a space where people can engage with food, learn from it, and experience it firsthand.

もともとは1階の車庫。
その余白を、暮らしの場所へ。

ただ「住めるようにする」のではなく、
元の空間が持っていたラフさや奥行きを活かしながら、
素材の温度差と光の抜けで、心地よい住まいに再構成しました。

Originally a garage on the ground floor,
this leftover space was reimagined as a place to live.

Rather than simply making it habitable,
the design embraces the rawness and depth of the existing space,
recomposing it into a comfortable home through material contrast and the gentle flow of light.

オフィスに、自然を“飾る”のではなく、棲まわせる。
南青山で手がけたシェアオフィス。
この空間の核にしたのは、パルダリウム。

ガラス越しに立ち上がる湿度、
苔や流木がつくる時間の層、
無機質な素材の中に差し込む生命感。

働くための場所を、
感性が整う場所へ。
