レモングラスが沢山とれる我が家の屋上。
収穫しても使わなきゃという事で大量に消費する為？
にアジアンスパイシー家どれ野菜とハーブの炒め物。
レモングラスは何処か？
と言うと、一番上にピンクのような輪切りの物、
これ、茎の柔らかい所を薄く沢山切って、ココナッツオイルに
これも家どれの唐辛子とかと混ぜてつけておいたもの。
炒める時にも最初にこれを入れて香り付けをしました。
お肉は昨日の餃子を作った時に残った中身の部分。
このレモングラスのココナッツオイル漬け、
BALIに住んでいた時に一番大好きだった薬味。
Baliではここに海老ペーストとか入れるのですが、
私は海老アレルギーなのでなしで。

家ドリ野菜とハーブは

How Do I Love Thee?
Hummus ❤︎
I always have Hummus in my fridge,
well, 90% of the time.
I made Hummus in 2 different ways today,
original and
with beetroot, which I also LOVE.

Once in a blue moon, I break the habit and eat with pita bread
but The way I always eat Hummus is with carrot sticks.

The color of beetroots, magenta energy always amaze me.
It is making ordinary carrot sticks out of the ordinary.

Simple stirfry with homegrown vegetables.
Swiss chard and baby kale stirfried with olive oil and salt,
feta cheese, cherry tomato, pesto on the side
holy basil flower, mint, oregano, a new shoot of cucumber vine as garnish.

Stir-fried leftovers

I was so hungry!!!

In my fridge, there are little of this and that of leftovers.

Handful of chickpeas
1 eggplant
1 tomato
1/4 red onion
1 clove of garlic
some basil
some long beans
hummus
Yogurt

what can I make with these leftovers???

I simply stir-fried them (except for yogurt and hummus) with
olive oil

seasoned with
paprika
ground coriander
soy sauce
salt
pepper

used yogurt and hummus as topping
added my homemade chili on top

the result

Yummy!!!
