この写真の住宅「Wadajuku Renovation」は、昨年竣工した長野のリノベーションプロジェクトです。古民家に弊社オフィスを構えていることもあり、新築だけでなくリノベーションの計画でもお声がけいただく機会が増えており、誠に嬉しく存じます。

This photo shows the “Wadajuku Renovation” project, a renovation completed last year in Nagano. Given that our office is located in a renovated traditional Japanese house, we are delighted to have had the opportunity to save this architectural heritage as well.

昨年は、この写真撮影が仕事初めとなりました。しんしんと雪が降り積もるなか撮影していただいたプロジェクトです。

This photo shoot marked the beginning of our work last year, being photographed in winter conditions and snowy weather.

In 2023, we have been able to engage with many of you in many projects and events, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank all our clients, everyone who cooperated with us and everyone who always reads our Instagram.

YUUA is an international design team based in a 100-year-old house in Koenji, Suginami Ward, Tokyo. We design a variety of spaces, including offices and showrooms, hotels where you can experience Japanese culture first-hand, funeral halls rooted in the local community and culture. Furthermore we have been engaged in other commercial buildings and spaces, as well as detached houses and apartment complexes with different floor plans for each room, full of originality to suit the lifestyle of the residents.
