For us, (a family of 5 with 6 dogs) we like (more like need 😉) our storage system functional with easy upkeep! 💕

Before, I loved my counters clear of appliances & storage containers yet with meal prepping and making homemade dog food--I was constantly pulling items in and out of cabinets. 🤦‍♀️

It’s a vicious cycle: anxiety or depression can lead to a cluttered home and a cluttered home can lead to depression and more anxiety. 😣

Let's start small! 🤗

Start with your bedroom! It should be a place of comfort & rest, right? A place to shut out the rest of the chaos and just breathe! Embrace it! Add some decorative pieces that you absolutely love! 🌸

Commit to a simple routine! 🤗

Make the bed, put laundry away, dust those books, start on your "to-do" piles (those pesky visible clutter areas) at just 10 minute increments! It may take a few days but it's still progress! 💪🏻 Don't beat yourself up over it! 💕
