This award-winning photo from 1967, taken by Rocco Morabito, was titled "The kiss of life". Shows two electrical workers, Champion Randall and JD Thompson, on top of a power pole. They had been carrying out routine maintenance when Champion scratched one of the low-voltage lines at the top of the power pole. Over 4,000 volts entered Champion's body and instantly his heart stopped (an electric chair uses about 2,000 volts).

His safety harness avoided a fall, and Thompson, who had been ascending below him, quickly caught him and performed mouth-to-mouth breathing. He was unable to perform CPR, given the circumstances, but continued mouth-to-mouth breathing, keeping Champion's lungs active until he felt a slight pulse, then he unzipped the harness and descended with it on his shoulder.

Thompson and other workers performed floor CPR on Champion, whose breathing and heart rate were gradually restored. Then the paramedics arrived and Champion's recovery was complete. His partner had saved his life with what in the photo looks like a kiss. Champion survived and lived until 2002, when he died of heart failure at the age of 64. Thompson lives on.

The photograph was published in newspapers around the world and won the Pulitzer Prize in 1968.

DEAR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 25-30

Don't make the mistakes that some of our parents or older siblings made.

Get married if possible with the little you have. Don't expect to be a millionaire, have children, whatever it takes, even if it's to grow up with them.

Grow up with your children and succeed with your wife. You will never finish making money or achieving your projects.

You may still not succeed in your targeted year. So start your life early, with constancy you will grow.

My father told me: When I was 25, I talked about making billions before getting married.

Many years later, billions did not come, without children or a wife. He says he had the opportunity to marry the most beautiful love of his life very early, but his fear was, can I really take care of her? But today some of us are children who already have grandchildren and even great-grandchildren. Lol 😂

Work hard while you are young and achieve what is yours. Don't prolong your marriage because you don't have what society demands today.

Do not get a loan for getting married.

Don't make mistakes of wanting to please others.

Believe me, it is not only money but maturity that drives some of us to be faithful, your happiness depends entirely on your wisdom and how you handle life. With a well-planned life, you will be happier.
