HBW is looking for a qualified security manager.
Qualifications
1. 35 years and above
2. 7 years experience in a security company two of which should be in a managerial position.
3. Good interpersonal and marketing skills
4. College diploma and above
Key responsibilities
1.Marketing and acquiring of new clients.
2.Create and enforce comprehensive security policies for the company covering various scenarios, including break-ins and proper equipment usage.
3. Recruit, train, and schedule security personnel, ensuring clarity of duties and responsibilities.
4.Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
5.Continuously monitor and maintain security systems to ensure optimal functionality and timely updates.
6.Prepare and maintain detailed reports on incidents, maintenance activities, and training sessions.
7. Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, including natural disasters and active shooter situations.
8.Ensure adherence to government laws and regulations, maintaining compliance with all security practices.
