Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd' is an evergreen, pyramidal tree that retains its glossy, bright emerald green foliage throughout the year, making it a valuable hedge plant. It will not bronze (turn brown) during the cold seasons as will other Thuja varieties.

2 feet tall Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd' (also known as Emerald Arborvitae) seedlings for sale.

Imported direct from Germany. None other in Kenya.

Will grow to a height of 12 to 14 feet with a spread of 3 to 4 feet per tree. Dense and full unlike the skinny italian cypress plants sold by the roadside.
