We’re Hiring: Commercial Manager - Integrated Security Systems & OHSE Consultancy
Optimum Partnerships Africa is looking for a commercially driven leader to drive revenue growth across Integrated Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Perimeter Protection) and Health & Safety services (Workplace Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, Compliance & Training).
Location: Nairobi, Kenya | Full-Time | Reports to COO
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies in security & H&S
- Win new B2B contracts and grow existing client accounts
- Lead pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Negotiate contracts and manage SLAs
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan security and OHSE regulations
- Align sales, technical, and operations teams to meet commercial targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in security systems or H&S
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Kenyan security & safety compliance standards
- Full Kenyan driving license
