🏡✨ Kilimambogo Home Renovation Progress Update – Gypsum Designs & Exterior Details Taking Shape✨

The transformation journey continues beautifully as more details begin bringing this home to life.

In this phase of the renovation, gypsum ceiling installation works progressed across the house, with each room receiving its own customized ceiling design tailored to the client’s preferred style and vision. From the gypsum framework to skimming, cornice fixing, and Covermatt application, the spaces are slowly revealing their elegant final look.

Meanwhile, the exterior transformation is also gaining momentum as window moulding installations commence, adding character and architectural detail to the home. Welding and grill fabrication works are also ongoing on the front retaining wall, further enhancing the home’s appeal and presence.Step by step, every detail is coming together to create a beautiful and timeless living space for our client✨

🏡✨ Kilimambogo, Machakos Home Renovation Progress Update – Roofing & Masonry Works Ongoing 🚧
The transformation continues as we move deeper into the construction phase. With the roof structure now in place, purlins have been fixed and installation of Decra roofing tiles (shake style) is underway, giving the home a completely new look.
At the same time, gables have been built, exterior walls plastered in preparation for Ruff N Tuff and paint finish, while interior plaster repairs refine the inside spaces.
Behind the walls, the new PPR plumbing system is complete, with water now running through the home.
Step by step, this house is coming to life.

🏡✨Kilimambogo, Machakos Home Renovation Progress Update – Structural Transformation Begins🚧

Following the demolition phase, we have now moved into the structural reinforcement stage of this renovation.

Wall cracks revealed the absence of a proper ring beam, prompting our team to install new ring beams around the house to strengthen and stabilize the structure.
At the same time, construction has begun for the new kitchen verandah and entrance porch, with foundations, columns, and slabs now taking shape.

Step by step, this home is being rebuilt into a stronger, modern, and beautifully redesigned space.
