ESCAPED DEATH, BY THE HELP OF MY GOD AND THE PRAYER I ALWAYS DO, AND HAD DONE BEFORE AND AFTER ARRIVING AT SALAMA TOWN.
I was given job offer by a guy through a phone call, to deliver timber worth ksh500,000.i started my journey from nakuru to salama on Thursday evening, i arrived at salama on friday morning, whereby i met with this conman. He directed my driver to the destination, and as usual we did the measurements with the conman, and the one said to be the trustee of the timber, who wasnt the owner at the moment. Little did i know the said trustee n the conmen were together. Upon payment, the trustee claims to have payed pple who he dint know.... I sensed danger and tht is where i stopped everything and told the trustee and some hired boys from taking the timber ... Just by a twinkle of an eye we started hearing shouts , my driver run to the police station which was only 80metres from the scene ... I was left with my guy, and a mob justice of more than 500 pple, trying to call us thieves, my guy run to the police to call them and was left all alone with my God.... Though i got some who tried to fight me, i stood firm and arguid with a mob of 500pple,trying to secure my wealth. Few minutes later two police men one in uniform and one in cevilian can towards me, ordered me to board a private car but i refused and told them am not boarding any private car which was a toyota DX... The police in cevilian was acting cool and was telling me he is saving my life from the mob... But the one in uniform seemed to be together with the conmen because of how he was talking n calling me a thief and still tell me tht the mob justice are yhe kenyan jugdes. I was forced to walk to the police post salama, where i met my driver , my guy and the conman, the said trustee, who now turned to be the owner of the timber. I met the ocs, who listed to me, i salute you madam... And actually concluded the timber belonged to me.... The DCI also came over and we were ordered by the help of an es**rt we load the timber to save it from the scene first then we continue with the case .......please enteprinuers be very very keen esp when delivering your products to new pple... Okothe have been conned almost the same way, a which man too have been conned 4million.i than God he stood with me.
