ការរស់នៅដ៏កក់ក្ដៅក្នុងទីក្រុង

ស្ថាបត្យកម្មដែលនៅជុំវិញយើង បានភ្ជាប់យ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅទៅនឹងជីវិតរបស់យើង។ លំហស្ថាបត្យកម្មបានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីជីរិតមនុស្សដែលរស់នៅក្នុងសម័យកាលនីមួយៗ។ របៀបដែលមនុស្សប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងជាមួយគ្នា ក្នុងសង្គមឆ្លុះបង្ហាញក្នុងទម្រង់នៃលំហរស់នៅ ដែលជះឥទ្ធិពលពីទម្លាប់ប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់។ ដូច្នេះលំហដែលយើងបង្កើតពិតជាជួយកសាងសង្គមដែលយើងចង់រស់នៅសព្វថ្ងៃ។

37 ម៉ែត្រការ៉េ គឺជាកន្លែងសម្រាប់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់រស់នៅ ចម្អិនអាហារ សម្រាក ចំណាយពេលជាមួយកូនៗរបស់ពួកគាត់ លេងកម្សាន្ត គូររូប ស្វាគមន៍គ្រួសារនិងមិត្តភក្តិ។ ពីដំបូងទីនេះគឺជាបន្ទប់ទទេមួយដែលស្ថិតនៅលើជាន់ទី 28 នៃអគារThe Pinnacle Residence។ អតិថិជនរបស់យើងចង់ផ្លាស់ប្តូរពីការរស់នៅក្នុងផ្ទះល្វែង ទៅជាការរស់នៅលើអគារ condo ដូច្នេះយើងបានរចនា 37 ម៉ែត្រការ៉េនេះឱ្យក្លាយជាកន្លែងដែលមានលក្ខណៈបែបស្រទន់ និងផ្តល់អារម្មណ៍ដូចទៅនឹងផ្ទះ។

ពីដេីមឡើយ មានជញ្ជាំងមួយបានខណ្ឌចែកបន្ទប់គេងពីបន្ទប់ទទួលភ្ញៀវ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យលំហដែលមានកម្រិតរួចទៅហើយមានអារម្មណ៍កាន់តែតូចចង្អៀត។ យើងបានជំនួសជញ្ជាំងនេះមកជាទ្វាររំកិលដែលអាចឱ្យលំហស្ថាបត្យកម្ម ប្រែប្រួលទៅតាមការប្រើប្រាស់។ ដំណោះស្រាយនេះបានភ្ជាប់និងបែងចែកលំហតាមតម្រូវការ ដែលជួយបង្កើនភាពបត់បែនបន្ថែមមួយកម្រិតទៀត។

37 ម៉ែត្រការ៉េមានការរចនាផ្នែកខាងក្នុងដែលមានការប្រើប្រាស់ឈើជាគោល។ ភាពស្រស់ស្អាតនៃធាតុឈើបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់នៅទូទាំងលំហ ចាប់ពីជញ្ជាំង និងពិដានរហូតដល់គ្រឿងសង្ហារឹមផ្សេងៗ។

A cozy urban living

Architecture surrounds us and connects deeply to our lives. We believe the spaces created through architecture reflect the values of people living in each era. The ways people interact with society manifests in the form of these spaces, which naturally influence daily use. Therefore, the spaces we create help build the society we want to live in.

37 sqm is a place where residents live, cook, relax on the sofa, spend time with their children, play, paint, and welcome family and friends. This was a bare unit that is located on the 28th floor of The Pinnacle Residence condominium. Our clients wanted to transition from living in a shophouse to a condominium, thus we designed this 37 sqm unit to be a more relaxed, homely place.

Initially, a wall divided the bedroom from the living room, making the already limited space feel cramped. We replaced this fixed barrier with a sliding door that serves as a flexible partition. This solution both connects and divides the spaces as needed, enhancing the unit's versatility.

37 sqm features a wood-based interior design. The beauty of wooden materials is evident throughout the space, from the walls and ceilings crafted by carpenters to the built-in furniture and fixtures.

ទីកន្លែងសម្រាប់ការជួបជុំ

នេះគឺជាការបកស្រាយអំពីដំណើរសិក្សារបស់ផ្ទះបើក។ លំហដែលត្រូវបានរចនាឡើង ដើម្បីឱបក្រសោបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍របស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់។
ក្នុងពេលស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ អ្នកអាចឱ្យតម្លៃយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសម្រស់ស្រទន់ ភាពកក់ក្ដៅពីធម្មជាតិនៃធាតុឈើ និងធម្មជាតិបៃតងជុំវិញខ្លួន។

ទីកន្លែងសម្រាប់ការជួបជុំ

ការឌីស្សាញលំនៅដ្ឋាន Open House ផ្តោតសំខាន់ទៅលើ ការបង្កើតលំហដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមានលំហូរខ្យល់ល្អនៅក្នុងផ្ទះ និងការបង្កើតបរិយាកាសស្វាគមន៍សម្រាប់ការជួបជុំក្រុមគ្រួសារ។

យេីងបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរការរស់នៅក្នុងបុរីទូទៅ ដែលជាផ្ទះបិទជិត និងមានបង្អួចតូច មកជាផ្ទះដែលមានបង្អួចធំនិងគ្មានចម្រឹង ដេីម្បីផ្សាភ្ជាប់ការរស់នៅខាងក្នុងផ្ទះទៅនឹងសួនខាងក្រៅ។

ដេីម្បីសុវត្ថិភាព យេីងបានបង្កេីតជាចម្រឹងជុំវិញផ្ទះ ដែលចំរឹងនេះក៏មានមុខងារ សម្រាប់រុក្ខជាតិលូតលាស់ផងដែរ។ ការធ្វេីបែបនេះ យេីងអាចកាត់បន្ថយកម្តៅជះមកប៉ះផ្ទះ និងបន្សល់ចន្លោះសម្រាប់លំហូរខ្យល់នាំចូលបរិវេណខាងក្នុងផ្ទះបានយ៉ាងល្អ។

ដោយសារតែម្ចាស់ផ្ទះគឺជាអ្នកមានចំណេះដឹងក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំម្នាក់នៅក្នុងប្រទេសម្ពុជា និងគាត់មានទម្លាប់អានសៀវភៅជាញឹកញាប់ យេីងបានបង្កើតជាលំហបេីកទូលាយដែលអាចបត់បែនបានតាមតម្រូវការរបស់គាត់ក្នុងការផ្សាភ្ជាប់ទៅនឹងបរិស្ថានជុំវិញខ្លួន។

លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត ពន្លឺស្រទន់ដែលចាំងចូលមកក្នុងផ្ទះ បានបង្កើតជាចង្វាក់នៃស្រមោលដែលប្រែប្រួលទៅតាមពេលវេលា។ ចង្វាក់នៃចលនាស្រមោលនេះ បានប្រែប្រួលអារម្មណ៍អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទៅកាន់វត្ថុជុំវិញខ្លួនគ្រប់ជ្រុងនៃផ្ទះ។ ការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងគ្នារវាងមនុស្សនឹងមនុស្ស និងរវាងមនុស្សនឹងធម្មជាតិនេះ គឺបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពស្រស់ស្អាតនៃសកម្មភាពប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ម្ចាស់លំនៅដ្ឋានមួយនេះ។

A place to come together

The Open House design focuses on creating breathable spaces, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings, and maximizing garden views. By crafting natural materials that offer a sense of connection with nature and natural daylight.

The house owner is a well-known educator in Cambodia with a passion for reading and teaching. Understanding this, we designed the interior spaces to be comfortable for daily life, with various reading areas throughout the house.

The way light interacts with our interior spaces creates a beautiful symphony, highlighting subtle details and textures while bringing life to every corner of the house. This interplay enhances our connection with the living space and reveals the beauty in everyday surroundings.⁠

URBAN VILLAGE POOL | The healing place

Phnom Penh is a concrete jungle with only 1.1 square meters of green space per person. We believe architecture should provide a mental and physical retreat, healing people. In our pool area, people will experience a tranquil, forest-like space filled with plants and trees.
The pool site is nestled between three buildings. To create privacy and minimize distractions from foot traffic, the design incorporates a short hollow brick wall and shrubs, gently guiding people along the fence. The pool's water level is flush with the tile top, creating a seamless connection to the stepping woods and patio area.

OPTIMIZED THE NATURAL LIGHT, HEAT, SHADE AND AIR FLOW
We've designed a flexible space on the opposite side of the house to optimize and balance natural light, heat, shade, and airflow. In the morning, indirect sunlight reflects into this space, creating shade at the front. Conversely, in the evening, the sunlight reflects into the front space, casting shade at the back and harmonizing the living room with the natural landscape.
The family space is connected to back garden and side garden with two large sliding doors in order to keep the maintain the natural airflow.
