=> Web Programmer Job Description

=> We are hiring a Web Programmer for designing, coding, improving and maintaining our company’s web pages, applications, and programs. You will work with our company’s IT team with the ultimate goal of converting our company’s needs into user-friendly as well as efficient websites/programs/applications.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to write clean and scalable code so as to ensure that our programs are running properly in accordance with our company’s needs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about web programming and must also be able to perform well in a team of web designers, developers, and engineers. So, if you like to work in a fast-paced team environment, and qualify the following requirements, we would like to hear from you.

=> Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields

Prior experience in a reputable IT firm as a Web Developer or Programmer

Solid background in web application development and Object-Oriented Programming

Experience of working with following programming languages; ASP.NET, PHP, Ruby on Rails and JavaScript

Experience of working with CSS/HTML

Project management capabilities

Ability to perform while working in a fast-paced team environment

Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details

An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude

=> Responsibilities

Designing web layout and user interface by using HTML/CSS practices

Producing functional and efficient programs by clean and testable coding

Integrating back-end data for creating efficient web programs/applications

Collaborating with internal teams for the purpose of identifying system requirements

Assisting Technical Writers in creating technical documents for end-user support

Regular upgrading and repairing of existing programs

Performing regular debugging and tests for maximizing program efficiency

Following all security regulations to keep the web programs/applications secure at all times

Staying aware of latest industry developments and advancements

Suggesting new features for improving programs’ operation and navigation in accordance with latest trends and user feedbacks

Responsibilities
• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
• Consult with clients to determine their requirements
• Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
• Organize and manage permit documents
• Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors
+ MEP Designer ( 3years Experience)
• Responsible for preparing permit and construction drawings for electrical, specifically. Mechanical, plumbing, process and control experience is plus
• Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
• Field verify site condition prior to detail design and permit and construction drawing issuance
• Evaluate design scopes and documents for constructability
• Assist with the review of RFI’s and Submittals during the construction administration portion of the project.
