🔑 EPIC Things App – User Management Features
1. Add & Remove Users
You can add new users to your lock directly from the app and delete users when needed.
2. Assign Access Permissions
The app lets you assign users specific access privileges. For example, you can set whether someone is a regular user or temporarily allowed to open the lock.
3. Schedule User Access
You can schedule when particular users are allowed to unlock the door — setting specific dates, times, or intervals for access. This is especially useful for guests, cleaners, or service providers.
4. View & Manage User Logs
The app provides access history logs, so you can see who accessed the lock and when, helping you monitor activity and improve security.
5. Real-Time Notifications
You’ll receive push notifications when a user accesses the lock, letting you stay informed immediately about activity.
6. Change PINs & Authentication Methods
Within user management, you can set or modify user PINs and manage authentication credentials registered to the lock (e.g., PIN codes).
7. Multiple User Levels (Lock Side)
EPIC locks typically support multiple user levels such as Super Admin, General Admin, and normal User — giving the highest access to the primary owner. Only the Super Admin can link the app to the lock initially.
