Continuing from last posting about cacao home processing.
After 7- 9days fermenting, the cocao beans had sweet alcohol smell?, and no moldy beans, meaning that the fetmentaton was corrected.
Then washing n drying by electric dryer 65 to 70 c for 6-8 hours. Now we got cocao dried beans. This means that it is ready😃😃 to next step for frying or roasting to get cocao nibs, and cacao husk tea 😋🥰😄.
