مدينة قمرية مستقبلية تجمع بين الإبداع المعماري، التكنولوجيا المتقدمة، والاستدامة تحت اتساع الفضاء.

من تصميم HXR Architects | المعماري هشام جعفر، يضم هذا المخطط الحضري المبتكر عمارة انسيابية عضوية، قباب زجاجية للحماية، أنظمة نقل فائق السرعة، وبحيرة مركزية عاكسة — كل ذلك على أفق القمر، بينما تشرق الأرض في الخلفية.

معلم ثقافي جديد على الواجهة البحرية لبيروت
تحفة معمارية مستقبلية تُعيد رسم أفق المدينة.

يرتفع هذا المركز الثقافي الحديث كالموجة المنحوتة على حافة البحر، يجمع بين الانسيابية، والشفافية، والانفتاح المدني. مستوحى من حيوية البحر الأبيض المتوسط وروح بيروت، يعكس التصميم الحركة والضوء والانتماء.

في داخله، مساحات عامة متعددة الوظائف تستضيف معارض، عروض فنية، أنشطة تعليمية وتفاعلية — بإطلالة بانورامية على البحر والمدينة. يلتف المبنى بجلد معماري ناعم ومتصل، مرحبًا بجميع الزوار من مختلف الخلفيات والثقافات.

في هذا التصميم، تتناغم الخطوط العصرية مع دفء المواد الطبيعية — الحجر، الخشب، والنباتات — لتشكل فيلا فاخرة تنبض بالأناقة والهدوء. يتكامل تصميم المساحات الخضراء بسلاسة مع الممرات المرصوفة، ليخلق تجربة دخول فريدة ومريحة.

رؤية جديدة للسكن المستدام من تصميم HXR Architects | المعماري هشام جعفر

في قلب طبيعة لبنان الجبلية الهادئة، تتناغم هذه الوحدات البيئية الباراميترية مع الغابة المحيطة بها، بفضل هيكلها الخشبي العضوي وواجهاتها الزجاجية التي تفتح بانسيابية على المشهد الطبيعي دون أن تؤذي المحيط.

ترتفع كل وحدة عن الأرض بلطف، محافظةً على البيئة والنظام المائي تحتها، بينما تدعو الممرات الحجرية المشتركة الزوار للتأمل والمشي وسط الطبيعة.

A Living Memorial Rising from the Ruins
Beirut Port — Where loss meets resilience.

This deconstructivist memorial museum, designed by HXR Architects stands beside the destroyed wheat silos — the silent witnesses of the Beirut Port explosion. Floating on water and anchored to the solid port ground, the building connects memory with movement, land with sea, past with future.

Constructed from oxidized copper, raw concrete, and reflective glass, the museum embodies the scars and strength of a city that refuses to forget.
Its copper façade — the color of blood — reminds us of what was lost. Its glass reflects the life that continues to flow around it.

At magic hour, the light transforms this place into a space of reverence, dialogue, and hope.
