This week, Rosa gave Mandi (smoky rice with chicken) class at artist's residency in Saghbine!

On this World Refugee Day, we’re proud to reveal the new logo of Simsim Kitchen — a tribute to the strength and resilience of women from all walks of life: refugees, widows, single mothers, and survivors.

Our new logo reflects Simsim Kitchen’s identity as a Mediterranean, Levantine, and Arab culinary project by refugee and local women in Lebanon.

We connect people from different cultures and backgrounds through the universal language of food — one dish at a time.

Maamoul class at the NGO Insaaf, where migrant worker ladies gather. They had much fun making this popular Arabic sweets Maamoul, filled with walnuts, pistachio and dates 🥮

This week marked the end of Ramadan while spirit of Eatser is in the air! 🌙🐣🐰 Both Muslims and Christians make Maamoul to celebrate their holidays here 💕
