This project has the varying advantage of describing itself either as a private villa or a 2 floor building. It is composed of two individual apartments at each level; joined by an external covered staircase that is surrounded by 1,200m² of exquisite landscape and gardens. It is significant to note that detailing materials and workmanship associated with the ex*****on of this house was specific to the harsh winter climate. Insulation, waterproofing, drainage & mechanical details are particularly associated with the crucial heat loss / icing factors.
