Nuanu Hotel Rooms concept: Defined by wood panels, the suites are modular boxes stacked underneath the concrete slabs like mini villas or bungalows. There are no closed corridors and the boundaries are blurred with landscape around. Every room has its exclusive terrace and view either to the shore or to the river.

Prototype design for demountable and reusable modular housing unit as a solution to challenges in short term leasehold land ownership in Bali and global circular economy and sustainability. This square plan house revolves around a central core entirely prefabricated offsite that contains a kitchenette, bathroom and storage cabinetry along with all HVAC , plumbing and electrical provisions. The idea here is to allow fast assembly on site and dismantling for future use.
