Architects • Lebanon Architecture Architecture as a profession is the practice of providing architectural services. The architect is to be concerned firstly with the construction.

The practice of architecture includes the planning, designing and oversight of a building's construction by an architect. Architectural services typically address both feasibility and cost for the builder, as well as function and aesthetics for the user. In the 1440s, the Florentine architect, Alberti, wrote his di Re Aedificatoria, published in 1485, a year before the first edition of Vitruvius,

with which he was already familiar.[2].[3] Alberti gives the earliest definition of the role of the architect. This encompasses all the practical matters of site, of materials and their limitations and of human capabiliity. The second concern is "articulation"; the building must work and must please and suit the needs of those who use it. The third concern of the architect is aesthetics, both of proportion and of ornament. The role of the architect, although constantly not evolving, has been central to the design and implementation of the environments in which people live. Architects must have the skills and knowledge to design, plan and oversee a diverse range of projects, from a small residence to a large stadium. The work of an architect is an interdisciplinary field, drawing upon mathematics, science, art, technology, social sciences, politics and history, and often governed by the architect's personal approach or philosophy. Vitruvius, the earliest known architectural theorist, states: "Architecture is a science, arising out of many other sciences, and adorned with much and varied learning: by the help of which a judgement is formed of those works which are the result of other arts." He adds that an architect should be well versed in other fields of learning such as music and astronomy

"The architects admit to being initially overwhelmed by the chaotic collage of Western and Arab retail and restaurant brands, auto-body shops, new structures, unfinished concrete shells, giant billboards, and LED screens that line the highway from Beirut. How would they, as an early e-mail from the client requested, keep the façade iconic, “accessible—not too futuristic looking—and inviting to their customers,” among all that noise? They had two options: try to shout louder (which the client had already been doing by covering large swaths of its exteriors in vinyl signs) or find a way to let less be more."

التنزيل العائلي

التنزيل العائلي للمكلف هو المبلغ المعفى من الضريبة والذي يبلغ في السنة:

7.500.000 ل.ل. للمكلف نفسه.
2.500.000 ل.ل. عن زوجته إذا كانت لا تعمل.
500.000 ل.ل. عن كل ولد لغاية 5 أولاد كحد أقصى.
(للذكور إذا لم يتجاوزوا سن الثامنة عشرة أو لغاية الخامسة والعشرين كحد أقصى للذين يتابعون دراسة جامعية).

(للإناث قبل زواجهن أو إذا كن أرامل أو مطلقات و طيلة المدة التي يكن فيها على عاتق المكلف الرجل ولا يحققن أية ايرادات).

يستفيد المكلف عن ولده المعاق بدون شرط العمر شرط الإستحصال على شهادة طبية من اللجنة الصحية التابعة لوزارة الصحة تبين إعاقته التي لا تسمح له بالعمل.

المعدلات الضريبية

تحتسب الضريبة على الربح الصافي الباقي بعد التنزيل العائلي كما يلي (المادة 32):

4% (أربعة بالمئة) عن القسم الخاضع للضريبة الذي لا يتجاوز /9.000.000/ل. تسعة ملايين ليرة.
7% (سبعة بالمئة) عن القسم الخاضع للضريبة الذي يزيد عن /9.000.000/ل. تسعة ملايين ليرة ولا يتجاوز /24.000.000/ل. أربعة وعشرين مليون ليرة.
12% (اثنا عشر بالمئة) عن القسم الخاضع للضريبة الذي يزيد عن /24.000.000/ ل. أربعة وعشرين مليون ليرة ولا يتجاوز /54.000.000/ ل. أربعة وخمسين مليون ليرة.
16% (ستة عشر بالمئة) عن القسم الخاضع للضريبة الذي يزيد عن /54.000.000/ ل. أربعة وخمسين مليون ليرة ولا يتجاوز /104.000.000/ل. مئة وأربعة ملايين ليرة.
21% (واحد وعشرين بالمئة ) عن القسم الخاضع للضريبة الذي يزيد عن /104.000.000/ ل. مئة وأربعة ملايين ليرة .
