Located at the main entrance of the Beach Village in the Al Zorah Development the residential complex draws inspiration from the organic growth and crystalline structures found in nature. The mass is fragmented into distinct volumes, generating a rhythm that blends with the surrounding coastal landscape. This approach establishes a strong dialogue between architecture, light, and nature. These volumes rise in varying heights, creating a dynamic skyline and an ever-changing play of light and shadow across façades and interior spaces. The arrangement of these vertical totems expresses the diversity and individuality of the community they host. Their positioning ensures double orientation, natural ventilation, and expansive views. At the upper levels, the rooftops form a floating beach village, a harmonious blend of contemporary living and enchanting coastal scenery.

The architectural intent becomes legible as a quiet interplay between mass and void. Elevated terraces hover above a lush plinth, framing views to both the marina and the mangrove while inviting movement through layered, shaded passages.
The contrast between the low, porous base and the more compact vertical forms creates a sense of balance, urban yet intimate, modern yet rooted.
A Mediterranean sensibility is evident not in ornament but in the calibrated proportion, rhythm, and generosity of outdoor space.

Gateway Porto Al Zorah is situated at the threshold of the Al Zorah marina and adjacent to the protected mangrove reserve. The project is defined by its integration with the surrounding landscape and its low-rise composition that responds to both site and climate.
Organized as two linear volumes, the design prioritizes porosity and permeability between land and water, interior and exterior, private and communal space.
