Established in 2007, AM:STUDIO grew from a Design studio into a medium size architectural firm. Its portfolio encloses residential complexes, buildings, and private housing as well as hotels, resorts, restaurants, retail and shopping centers; in addition to many stages, scenography and event settings. Made up of metal and glass, the facade reflects the neighboring stadium of Oran, the sky, and its landscape.

A rhythm of edges break up the monotony of this long facade with variations in the openings and closings of its skin.

This building was designed as a factory and a showroom, keeping each area of function separate visually yet maintaining a continuous front. The roof fuses with the exterior, housing terraced cafés.

In the heart of Algeria’s city, Oran, a grand hotel of 12 floors consisting of 110 individually built hotel rooms.

This humble building is distinguished by its central atrium, the design features, a blind wall façade using natural marble to give it a dignified and luxurious aspect.

The U shaped plan allows greater indoor interaction through the nine floor high void.
