Villa Ghattas - Chadra, Akkar Lebanon

A private villa sits along a cliff overlooking natural scenery of the Chadra River and the untamed green mountains.
The lot is terraced for maximum use of green areas.
For optimum view, the house is situated on top of the first 2 terraces .
The design is based on transparency that pierces the house from the entrance into the circulation zone and onto the terraces towards the exterior river and mountains.
With a central void that leaves the visitor experiencing a connection with all the different components of the house to the outer view and scenery.
