Because of its groundbreaking approach to design, this project was granted a highly unusual exception to the general construction laws and special zoning conditions of its area. This rare distinction was officially awarded by the Higher Council for Urban Planning (المجلس الأعلى للتنظيم المدني).

This residence was built to the highest standards of sustainable architecture, proving that luxury and responsibility can coexist perfectly.
