I, Salem Antonios Abou Halloun, a Lebanese architect graduated in 2001 from The Lebanese University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture 2, Beirut, with 23 years of professional experience in architectural conceptual design, graphic design, and model building. Participated in international conventions such as Project Lebanon 2016 & 2015, Qatar International Exhibition Centre 2008, American Insti

tute of Architects seminars in Los Angeles 2006, and Cityscape Exhibition in Dubai 2005. Nowadays, introducing a vision for establishing an architecturally advanced city is difficult in light of the economic crisis hitting the world and the unorganized population density in some of the world’s big cities. Ever since 2004, I have been working on many perspectives' concepts for:

Architectural Concept — Book 11

When I began developing my architectural ideas on August 16, 2004, I was guided by the saying “Start with a book; architecture does more,” a phrase I first expressed on January 24, 2022. This idea became a lasting source of inspiration, leading me to formulate nine architectural statements that ultimately shaped the design of eleven architectural books.

Among them, the most prominent and investment-oriented is Book No. 11 – Real-World VR, in which I envisioned 100 towers to be located across 100 global destinations, each ready for architectural investment. It stands as a forward-looking milestone in both design and investment.

Architectural Concept — AVA City

AVA City, initiated on August 16, 2004 by Salem A. Abou Halloun Architects, is envisioned as a 5 km × 5 km deconstructed-grid parallelogram, rather than a traditional orthogonal or concentric city form. This geometry represents a city in motion—one that expands, flows, and connects, rather than remaining static or inward-focused.The angled layout enables continuous circulation and visual openness, coordinating the interaction between the 365 towers and the 300 digital cubes, and integrating public, residential, commercial, and technological districts into a coherent and balanced urban framework. AVA City is flexible, adaptive, and future-forward, establishing a new urban identity where creativity and technology coexist to shape the next era of city living.

دَعوني أُخبِرُكم في هَذه المُقابَلَة أنَّني أجرَيتُ مُقارَنَةً بَينَ تَصميم مَدينَتي "آڤا" وَتَصميم تِسعَ جُزَر اصطناعِيَّة حَولَ العالَم. كانَت هَذِهِ تَجرِبَةً أجرَيتُها في أيّار مِنَ العام الماضي، عام ٢٠٢٤. كانَت مُفيدةً إذ أتاحَت لي فِهمًا أوضَح لكَيفيَّة تَصميم هَذِهِ المَدينَة، سَواءً كانَ تَركيزُها عَلى الاستِثمار في الدُوَل ذات النُمُوّ السُّكاني المُؤَثِّر، أو ما إذا كانَ الهَدَف مِن هَذِهِ التَجرِبَة تَسويقُها مِن خِلال إنتاج الأفلام والألعاب الإلكترونِيَّة وَغَيرُها...

Let me tell you in this interview that I have completed a comparison of my city AVA's design with that of nine artificial islands worldwide. This was an experiment I conducted in May of last year, 2024. مَدينَتي "آڤا" بِتَصميم رَقمي لِلَوحَة حاسوبِيَّة. مَفهوم يَمتَد مِن مَدينَة نيويورك الشَبَكيَّة إلى مَدينَة الأحلام "لا فيليت". تَطَوّرَت مَدينَة "آڤا" "مُتَوازي الأضلاع"، "المَدينَة الرَقمِيَّة"، إلى مَكان مُبتَكَر يُلَبّي جَميع احتياجاتُك. بَدأتُ بِتَصميم المَدينَة في ١٦ آب ٢٠٠٤، وكانَت مُرَبّعَة الشَكل، ثُمَّ حَوّلتُها في ٣ آذار ٢٠١٨ إلى شَكل مُتَوازي أضلاع يُغَطّي مَساحَة ٥ × ٥ كم، مُقَسَّمَة إلى شَبَكات طول كُل مِنها ١٠٠ × ١٠٠ متر.

The city that I began creating on August 16, 2004, was square-shaped, then I transformed on March 03, 2018, into the shape of a parallelogram covering the area of 5 × 5 km and divided into grids of 100 x 100 m long each.

دَعوني أشرَح لَكُم بِكَلِماتٍ قَليلَة، قَد تُفيدُ البَعض، ما صَمَّمتُهُ خِلال مَسيرَتي المِعماريَّة في ابتِكار الأفكار المِعماريَّة مُنذُ ١٦ آب، ٢٠٠٤. يوماً ما، كانَ لا بُدَّ أن أعمَل على نَشرِها عالمياً، وَلَعَلَّ التِكنولوجيا التي نَعيشُها هَذا العام، ٢٠٢٥، سَتُتيح لَنا إيصال أفكارُنا المِعماريَّة إلى جَميع أنحاء العالَم. صَمَّمتُ مَدينة وأطلَقتُ عَليها اسم "AVA"، أي مَدينة الحَياة. صَمَّمَتُ بُرج الميل الواحِد وبُرج الكَبسولَة الفَضائيَّة. اليَوم، لَدَيّ أكثَر من ٤،٠٠٠ مَنظور مِعماري صَمَّمتَها خِلال مَسيرَتي المِعماريَّة... أبحَثُ اليَوم عن شُرَكاء استِثماريين مِن جَميع أنحاء العالَم لِتَطوير أفكاري المِعماريَّة عالَمياً، وخاصةً كُتُبي الـ ١١ التي سَتَدخُل عالَم الواقِع المُعَزَّز/الافتِراضي. تَصاميمي المِعماريَّة يُمكِنُ أن تَدخُلُ عالَم الأرقام القياسيَّة، يُمكِنُ أن تَدخُلُ عالَم السينِما، يُمكِنُ أن تَدخُلُ عالَم الألعاب الإلِكترونيَّة، بالإضافَة إلى كُتُبي الـ11 التي هيَ حَلَقَة وَصِل مَع مُستَقبَل أجيالُنا الصاعِدَة... أحتاجُ إلى مُستَثمِرين عالَميين يَتَبَنّون جَميع أفكاري المِعماريَّة مِن أجلِ مُستَقبَلٍ مِعماري يَليق بالمُستَقبَل القَريب.

Let me explain to you in a few words, which may be useful to some, what I have designed during my architectural career of creating architectural ideas since August 16, 2004. One day I was bound to work on spreading it globally, and perhaps the technology we live in in this year, 2025, will allow us to communicate our architectural ideas to all parts of the world. I designed a city and named it “AVA”, the city of life. I designed the One-Mile Tower and the Space Capsule Tower. Today, I have more than 4,000 architectural concepts of perspectives that I have designed in my architectural career... Today, I am looking for investment partners from all over the world to develop my architectural ideas globally, especially my 11 books that will enter the world of AR/VR Real World VR.
