مشروع فيلا مودرن قيد التحضير في مكتبنا وهذا بعض الشرح حول المشروع
يوضح المنظور المعماري مقترحًا لمبنى سكني حديث يعتمد على تكوين كتل هندسية نقية ومتداخلة، تم تنظيمها وفق تدرج أفقي وعمودي يحقق التوازن البصري والوظيفي. اعتمد التصميم على إبراز الأحجام المعمارية من خلال الإزاحات والفراغات البارزة، ما يعزز الإحساس بالعمق والديناميكية في الواجهة.
تم توظيف الفتحات الزجاجية الكبيرة لتحقيق التواصل البصري بين الداخل والخارج وضمان الإضاءة الطبيعية، مع استخدام البروزات والكتل المتقدمة كعناصر تظليلية تحسن الأداء البيئي. يعكس التكوين العام انسجام الكتل مع المحيط العمراني، ويؤكد على مبادئ العمارة الحديثة القائمة على البساطة، الوضوح الإنشائي، والتكامل بين الشكل والوظيفة.
