Working with a cooperate entity gives you immense experience to handle extreme limits. When you are asked to deliver your product to the top management makes it even more challenging.
DFCC MESS and AUDITORIUM project revolves around the values and ethics with no room for compromising. This project has no exceptions. Keeping in line with a strict budget, it became a successful delivery thanks to the team work.
Warm yet subtle play of lighting was the ultimate tool in bringing out the cozy ambience demanded by the Mess. As the volume fuses to the expanded Auditorium facility, it is ensured the character is continued to the full depth.
Another amazing cost-effective revamp was delivered to the satisfaction.

Over two decades we have been building fashion brands by delivering retail Architecture. Nature of the projects is such, it never is bound to stay. A change is inevitable, Every now and then.
As architects, we are a bit selfish to claim the total success in our names. But the reality is far from it. We, in fact, spearhead the will of another. It’s nothing but team work.

“ARCHITECTURE WITHOUT ARCHITECTS”
The story starts to unfold when three wild life addicted friends decided to have a place on their own for camping next to their favorite location, Vilpattu.
The casual approach to put up an eco-friendly but comfortable place for an overnight stay became a unique idea which could later be lent for other enthusiasts, on availability.
It was an evolution from the need and the site conditions, married well to the wilderness around. Architects scope was more to do with curtail detailing the facility with contemporary “fashions”, but stick to basics only. However, the visitors were to be surprised with luxurious comfort it offers, hidden behind the robust outlook.
As a strategy, never a single drafted drawing was issued but casual sketches only. Project design was developed at the site itself, and was decided not to be constructed by any experts. All materials were locally sourced and the labor was only casual villagers who knew little about construction. Any exposure to authentic techniques of putting up village huts was considered an advantage.
All material and labor were sourced from the closest distance possible. What more could you do to be pampered in the natures cradle……
