On Russell Island, close to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, a new modern design is set to be constructed. The client desired to build a home so he could enjoy a free retirement. He offered a contemporary design that used a pre-cast steel framework to address that. Even though it was intended to be constructed as a single house, it could be split into two separate units.
I came up with this concept, and we are currently working successfully to get council approval and finish the detailed drawings after the client happily approves it.

I know you remember how the coronavirus pandemic disrupted the normal lives of many people. During that difficult time, many people lost the dreams planted in their hearts.
A client of mine gave me this project before the coronavirus pandemic. However, the threat posed by Corona and the subsequent economic crisis forced him to abandon this project. I assured him to stop this project before posting this 3D image on social media.

A project currently being finished. The customer wanted to see how the house will look from the exterior when it was built. His desire was to fill the house with as many plants as possible while also completing the design. This is the completed design. The client is extremely delighted.
