🏡 නිවසක් සැලසුම් කිරීමේදී සිදුකරන වැරදි 7ක් සහ එයට හොද Solution 7ක්.
නිවසක් සැලසුම් කරනකොට එය හරි විදිහට කරේ නැත්තන් ඔබට ඉදිරියට විශාල ප්රශ්ණ ගොඩකට මුහුණ දෙන්න සිදු වෙනවා.
අද අපි බලමු ඔයාලා mostly කරන වැරදි 7ක් සහ ඒකට correct solution 7ක්.
❌ වැරදි 1 – Living Room එකට Natural light එන්න space නැතිව plan කරනවා.
Natural Light නැත්තම් living room එක තද, අඳුරු feel එකක් එනවා.
✅ Solution:
Living Room windows East / North facing කරන්න. Main sitting area side එකින් Close වෙන Door & Wall avoid කරන්න.
❌ වැරදි 2 – Bedrooms එකට privacy level consider නොකිරීම.
Bed Rooms වලට hall එකේ sound, visitors, kitchen noise ඇහෙන්න සැලසුම් කරනවා.
✅ Solution:
Bedrooms always keep private zone එකේ තියන්න. Corridor එකකට side wise locate කරන්න. Master bedroom එක house entrance එකෙන් දුරින් තියන්න.
❌ වැරදි 3 – Kitchen + Dining සම්බන්ධතාවය හරි flow එකක් නැතිව plan කරනවා.
කවදාවත් Kitchen එක door එකට ඉතා දුරින් Dining එකට යන විදිහට plan කරන්න එපා.

Open kitchen concept / semi-open concept. Dining area kitchenට direct access තියන විදිහට Plan කරන්න.
❌ වැරදි 4 – Bathrooms හුඟාක් scatter කරනවා.
House එකේ plumbing cost unnecessarily වැඩියි.
✅ Solution:
Bathrooms locate කරන්න plumbing cluster එකක් ලෙස.
Example: Master bathroom + Shared bathroom + Wet area cluster.
❌ වැරදි 5 – Corridor space waste කරන long hallway designs.
වැඩකට ගන්න බැරි area බොහොමක් waste වෙනවා.
✅ Solution:
Compact circulation plan කරන්න. Rooms connect කරන්න short corridor + smart layout.
❌ වැරදි 6 – Room sizes lifestyle එකට match නොවීම.
clients request එකට ගැලපෙන් නැති. Small bedroom, oversized living, tiny kitchen...
✅ Solution:
Before planning, clients lifestyle analyze කරන්න:
👨👩👧 Family size
👶 Kids rooms
👵 Elder-friendly rooms
💼 Work-from-home room.
Then room sizes match කරන්න.
❌ වැරදි 7 – Future expansion consider නැතුව plan කරනවා.
පස්සේ upper floor add කරන්න හිතලා ඇති… but initial plan එකම blocked.

Future staircase position + column layout + slab expansion option plan from day 1.
