𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 20 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧-𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, located within a calm and serene natural environment away from the busy urban setting, was successfully transformed by GD Homes Associates through a carefully planned modern contemporary renovation. Our primary objective was to preserve the integrity of the existing structure while minimizing damage to the original building during the renovation process.
The client was extremely satisfied with the final outcome, as the transformation exceeded their expectations and gave the old house an entirely new identity with a refined, elegant, and modern appearance.
While maintaining the character of the original residence, we introduced several new architectural elements including an open verandah, a spacious car porch, and a beautifully designed indoor courtyard to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. In addition, a new bathroom and an extra TV lounge area were incorporated into the design to improve the overall living experience.
Special attention was given to natural lighting and ventilation throughout the interior spaces. Large windows and the centrally positioned courtyard were designed to ensure a continuous flow of fresh air and daylight, creating a comfortable and refreshing living environment.
Through thoughtful planning, modern architectural detailing, and efficient space enhancement, GD Homes Associates was able to deliver a renovation that not only respected the existing structure but also elevated the home beyond the client’s expectations.
