House in Dikoya Town

On a 1.1 perch plot in the middle of Dikoya, this small house makes careful use of its limited space. The ground floor is a stationery store with access to the home above. Living and pantry spaces are on the first floor, and each level has a bedroom with its own toilet.

The central staircase acts as a light well, bringing daylight and ventilation into the middle of the house while also holding warmth in Dikoya’s cool climate. A terrace on the second floor provides a small outdoor space within the town.
