As per the client's request, he needed a unique design for the front facade and the Landscape Design. And he also needed some additions to the existing house with a classy appearance. There is a special gathering space which is connected to the dining and a bedroom. We had to design the front facade to hide the existing roof. So, we have done a design to the front facade and the Landscape as follows.

Overall Design Concept - The shades of white

Landscape Design Concept - The Shades
Land Extent - 10 perch
Total Floor Area - 3200 sq. ft.

As per the client's request, the overall design was based on cleanliness and clarity. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, dressing area, living, dining, kitchen, TV lobby, worshiping area, open terraces in separate levels, laundry are the Architectural brief of the project. Black & white colors are mainly used for the exterior. Interior design was run through the concept of "MINIMALISM". There was a limited area for the Landscaping; and Landscape design was done with the concept of "THE SHADES". Plants are used to bring greenery and shades. And we proposed green walls in the Landscape, because of lack of space.
