-moka išskaičiuoti laiptus, kad būtų saugu ir patogu,
-sugeba suvaldyti rekuperacijos, elektros, kondicionavimo projektus,
- gali suplanuoti erdves taip, kad atsirastų vietos ir sandėliavimui, ir prabangiai voniai, ir skalbyklai, ir darbo bei poilsio erdvėms,
- supranta natūralaus ir dirbtinio apšvietimo svarbą ir galimybes,
- ieško alternatyvų, tinkamų suplanuotam biudžetui,
-žino, ko reikalauti iš apdailininkų, baldininkų bei tiekėjų,
-stengiasi neįmanoma paversti įmanoma :)

Neįtikėtina, kad už nuotraukų slypi beveik dvejų metų darbas!
