🌟Ar prieku varam paziņot, ka sadarbībā ar ainavu arhitektu Aivaru Bērziņu esam uzvarējuši AB dambja metu konkursā!
💚Projekta mērķis ir pārvērst AB dambi par mūsdienīgu, publiski pieejamu un visu gadu aktīvu pilsētas telpu, kas ar jauno tiltu savieno Daugavas kreiso krastu. Jaunā gājēju promenāde gar Daugavmalu kļūst par galveno telpisko mugurkaulu. Otrs krasts pretstatā promenādei veidots daudz intīmāks, niansētāks un veģetācijā bagātīgāks, lai radītu jauna veida publisko telpu pie ūdensmalas.
🔵Dambja līcis veidots kā publiski pieejama ūdens telpa ar jauniem ūdens infrastruktūras objektiem – āra peldbaseinu, pontonu ar atpūtas zonu un peldmāju pontoniem.

🌟 We are pleased to announce that, in collaboration with landscape architect Aivars Bērziņš, we have won the AB Dam design competition!
💚 The aim of the project is to transform AB Dam into a modern, accessible, and year-round active urban space that connects the left bank of the Daugava River with a new bridge. The new pedestrian promenade along the riverside becomes the main spatial backbone. In contrast to the promenade, the opposite side is designed to be more intimate, nuanced, and rich in vegetation, creating a new kind of public space by the waterfront.
🔵 The dam’s bay is designed as a publicly accessible water space with new water infrastructure elements – an outdoor swimming pool, a pontoon with a relaxation area, and floating house pontoons.
