Honey Glazed Chicken Plate 🍯🍗
A quick weeknight dinner that’s pure comfort food!
📝 Ingredients :
6 chicken wings or drumettes
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
1 cup cooked white rice
2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
1 cup cooked beetroot, diced
1 cup mixed salad greens
½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
¼ red onion, sliced
4–5 fried plantain slices

🍽️ How to Make It :
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken:
