Très honorés de partager notre nouvelle conception pour un cabinet de dermatologie à Nador, au Maroc. En fusionnant deux plateaux de bureau, nous avons créé un espace unique, où clarté et lisibilité règnent en maîtres. Les courbes fluides apportent une douceur visuelle, tandis que les faux plafonds, élégants et fonctionnels, tracent une délimitation harmonieuse des différentes composantes du programme.

La lumière, étudiée avec soin, inonde chaque espace, mettant en valeur les moindres détails de notre conception. Les couleurs choisies, un gris taupe chaleureux pour les salles d'attente et un blanc immaculé pour les espaces de soin, se marient parfaitement avec le sol en béton ciré, accentuant la luminosité et créant une continuité apaisante.

L'intimité est préservée grâce à un travail minutieux sur la courbe, créant des micro-atmosphères intimes formées par des alcôves discrètes dispersées à plusieurs endroits du projet. Le bureau du médecin, avec son double accès, optimise les déplacements et l'efficacité, et se distingue par son élégance et la subtilité de sa conception .

Ce projet incarne notre vision d'une architecture qui soigne et inspire, offrant un espace accueillant et fonctionnel pour tous.

🏛️✨ Explore our avant-garde proposal for the refurbishment of the premises of the Annex of the Delegated Ministry to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform. Underpinned by a conceptual approach focused on optimization, our proposal, "The Moroccan Pixel," elegantly merges Moroccan architectural identity with the digital realm. Inspired by Zelij, each pixel becomes a fundamental design unit, creating a unique visual language perfectly aligned with the identity of the digital development agency.

One of the unique challenges we embraced in this project was to work with the minimum possible demolitions. This constraint compelled us to collaborate with pre-installed elements such as existing tiles, false ceilings, and electrical networks. By integrating these elements into our innovative design, we not only achieved sustainability goals but also transformed the space into "Smart Offices," blending innovation, connectivity, and energy efficiency for a sustainable future.

🏛️✨ Découvrez notre vision avant-gardiste pour la rénovation des locaux de l'annexe du Ministère Délégué auprès du Chef du Gouvernement Chargé de la Transition Numérique et de la Réforme de l’Administration. En intégrant ces éléments dans notre conception novatrice, nous avons non seulement atteint nos objectifs de durabilité, mais avons également transformé l'espace en "Smart Offices", alliant innovation, connectivité et efficacité énergétique pour un avenir durable.

Thrilled to share the result of our collaboration with .architecture , and in proposing a visionary design for the Tangier airport terminal project.

Our architectural concept, drawing inspiration from Tangier's geological and maritime features, aimed to weave a narrative that harmonized with the city's natural beauty.

The design, influenced by the sinuous terrain and the meeting point of sea and ocean, features a curvilinear building envelope reminiscent of Atlantic waves. Strategic openings foster a connection with the sky, promoting natural light and spatial efficiency. Departure and arrival zones echo Atlantic wave rhythms, while an iconic entrance marked by an architectural wave welcomes visitors. Landscaping radiates from this point, integrating nature and architecture. Inside, soft contours inspired by sea foam create an immersive environment, complemented by lighting mirroring the sun on ocean waves. The curated color palette mirrors the fluidity of waves and mountains, offering travelers a sensory journey connecting with Tangier's natural splendor.

Café La Pause, Dar Bouazza.

ENG__
Brand new collaboration with as part of the interior design of a Coffee house in Dar Bouazza. The project brings a careful balance between the curve and the straight line, a contemporary touch mixed with an elegant frame inviting the vegetation inside (via the separations) to create a unique atmosphere within the café while maintaining a subtle degree of intimacy from one table to another through a set of alcoves.

The natural touch is maintained at the basement level which houses a mixed program (a café part and an entertainment part fitted out with billiard tables).

Nouvelle collaboration avec dans le cadre de l’aménagement d’un café sur deux niveaux à Dar Bouazza. Le projet apporte un équilibre soigné entre la courbe et la ligne droite, une touche contemporaine mêlée à un cadre élégant invitant la végétation à l’intérieur (au niveau des séparations) afin de créer une atmosphère singulière au sein du café, tout en maintenant un degré intéressant d’intimité d’une table à l’autre par un jeu d’alcôves.

La touche naturelle est maintenue au niveau du sous-sol qui abrite un programme mixte avec une partie café et une partie divertissement aménagée avec des tables de billiard.
