Selon une étude réalisée par UNICEF Morocco en 2007, la difficulté d'accès à la scolarisation est dû à plusieurs facteurs sociaux et environnementaux dont les conditions climatiques de certaines régions en font partie, créant ainsi une limite pour l'évolution de l'indice de scolarisation, malgré les efforts des institutions et des organismes publics à améliorer la qualité et les capacités des écol
es. L'objectif de DIFAE converge avec ces efforts grâce à la réalisation d'un projet d'alimentation d'une école de la zone rurale Béni-Zrantel de la région Chaoui-Ourdigha en air chaud par le biais des panneaux solaires fabriqués avec des canettes. L'ADN de l'engagement de l'équipe cherche à offrir des conditions d'étude favorables pour les enfants âgés de 7 à 13 ans mais aussi les enseignants des différentes spécialités. وفقا لدراسةأجرتها" يونيسيف المغرب" عام 2007 فإن صعوبة الولوج إلى التعليم يعزى إلى العديد من العوامل الاجتماعية والبيئية، بما في ذلك الظروف المناخية ببعض المناطق المعنية، مشكلة بذلك عائقا لتطور مؤشر التعليم، على الرغم من جهود المؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية لتحسين جودة وقدرة المدارس. وفي هذا الإطار يندرج المشروع الإجتماعي DIFAE الذي يسعى من خلاله ENACTUS ENSA Khouribga إلى تجهيز مدارس المناطق القروية التي تعاني من ظروف مناخية قاسية خلال فصل الشتاء بلوحات شمسية للتدفئة مصنوعة من علب الألومنيوم( علب المشروبات الغازية ) موفرا بذلك الظروف المواتية لتمدرس الأطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 7 إلى 13 سنة وكذا مدرسي مختلف التخصصات انطلاقا من مدرسة المساعدة المركزية .
و يهدف هذا المشروع إلى التشجيع على التمدرس و محاربة الهدر المدسي بشكل خاص،و بشكل عام إلى الساهمة في جعل بلدنا المغرب رائدا من رواد مجال تطوير الطاقة المستدامة و كذا الحفاظ على البيئة من خلال إعادة تدوير علب المشروبات الغازية .
