Founded in 1979 by the association of the company SADVEL (Societe Africaine Des Vernis Et Laques) and the Printing ink company SICPA. In 1997 the company moved to Mohammedia under the name of SICPA MAROC

In 2005, SICPA (leader in ink manufacturing) have been redeemed by SIEGWERK, and from then SICPA MAROC changed it's name to SIEGWERK MAROC

In 2007, Shares of SIEGWERK France are sold to Mr A.
