Every ship is the result of thousands of decisions.

It is not an object placed on the water. It is steel, welding, cables, pipes, machinery, systems, design hours, shipyard hours, and human effort.

Even a simple steel plate is never simple. Before becoming part of a vessel, it is already the result of industry, energy, knowledge, and work.

This is why I believe converting a PSV is not only an economic or design decision. It is an intelligent one.

These vessels were born to work in hard conditions. They already have structure, autonomy, systems, power, and reliability. They already contain much of what a true explorer yacht needs.

Our work is to give this platform a second life: to transform a working vessel into a tool for reaching remote places, living rare experiences, and creating new value without erasing what has already been built.

From offshore workhorse to expedition yacht.

Conversion by design, not by improvisation.

When I designed the interiors of X_LINEA, I let myself be guided by four colours. And here is why.

Pink. It takes me back to childhood dreams. To when everything was still open and possible. Bringing it aboard an eighty-metre vessel is a precise gesture: a reminder that the rarest luxury is not exclusivity, but the capacity to be amazed again.

Gloss white. A timeless value. Before every fashion, after every fashion. Not neutral — a declaration of confidence in form. When surfaces are right, they do not need to be animated. They are sufficient in themselves.

Navy blue. The sensation of depth. Of something that continues beyond where the eye reaches. Not decorative — a direct evocation of the sea itself. Brought inside not as quotation, but as presence.

Blonde teak. The scent of the sea. The immediate, physical certainty of being in the right place. A material that requires no explanation — it speaks directly to the body, before the mind.

Design is not about shapes. It is about decisions.

X-Shinobi is not just a new yacht design. It is a statement about where superyachting is going.

This project is built on three clear ideas.

First, a disciplined reinterpretation of the classic wedding cake yacht.
Not a rejection of a familiar typology, but its refinement through stronger proportions, cleaner lines and a more coherent visual language.

Second, a radical rethinking of layout.
Guest cabins move to the main deck, where they can receive more light, more views and a stronger relationship with the sea. Public spaces become more diversified, more flexible and more aligned with the way people actually want to live on board today.

Third, and most importantly, X-Shinobi is designed for the future.
Not only for private ownership, but for a world in which yachts must increasingly respond to both private use and charter use from the very beginning.

This is, in my view, one of the most important shifts ahead.

The yachts of the future will not be conceived only around the habits of one owner.
They will need to be more flexible, more democratic in the distribution of value on board, and more capable of generating multiple forms of use.

Private and charter are no longer two separate worlds.
They are becoming part of the same design logic.

X-Shinobi was developed precisely with this in mind.

80M X-LINEA

When I was studying Architecture in Seville, one of my professors gave me a lesson that never left me.

When you design a space,
leave some walls white.
Undesigned.
Untouched.

Let people breathe.
Let them find their own space inside it.

Over the years, that idea became almost an obsession.

Many of my projects are designed not to disturb.
Not to overwhelm.
But to leave their guests in peace.

X-LINEA is exactly that.

Sharp lines.
Quiet intention.

Today more than ever,
peace is not a luxury.
It is a necessity.

X Revolution.

Designed in 2014, presented during a private party at our penthouse office at the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, and still today the most viewed design ever on my YouTube channel.

Over the years, I kept refining her.
I removed some of the more extreme innovations, softened the lines, and brought the concept closer to what the market is now ready to understand.

But I never stopped developing this project.

Because even back then, I knew it was anticipating a lifestyle that today feels more relevant than ever:
a new way of living at sea.

Myself explaining with my vigorous Italian accent how incredible is the idea to have four pillars being the only structure to support the main deck above and the coachroof top.

I am not sure if people really understand the intensity of my innovation.

In Gustavia, St. Barthélemy, I couldn’t resist,
so I dressed X-PAGODA like the town itself:
white walls, terracotta roofs.
Designed to belong before drifting into the night.

Then, silence.
At anchor in Trunk Bay, Saint John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Two horizons.
One experience.

Design is not about shapes.
It is about decisions.

SHINOBI — Boutique Luxury Yacht

The question is no longer whether this market can exist.
Orient Express. Aman. Four Seasons.
They are already here.

The real question is who truly knows how to design luxury at this scale.

Luxury is not decoration.
It is experience.

It is turning a cinema into an open-air amphitheatre,
under the Milky Way, with the sound of palm trees in the background.

Experience is not a line.
Experience is well-being.

SHINOBI — Boutique Yacht

Designed in 2017, when ultra-luxury boutique cruise yachts were still only an intuition.

Not a cruise ship dressed as luxury.
Luxury designed first, then scaled.

A 190-metre vision where space, lifestyle and business model come before form.

The market is real today.
SHINOBI was ready before it existed.

Design is not about shapes.
It is about decisions.
