MEMBRANA ACUSTICĂ DANOSA M.A.D

Membrana Acustică Danosa M.A.D. este o folie bituminoasă armată cu sarcini minerale, acoperită pe părțile sale externe cu un film de polietilenă de densitate înaltă.

Din punct de vedere acustic funcționează ca un element plastic între elementele rigide, fiind un înlocuitor folositor al plumbului; între elementele de resort funcționează ca rezonator membrană (absorbant tipic la frecvențele joase).

DOMENIUL DE APLICARE
✅ Se folosește între elementele rigide precum plăci de ghips lamelar pentru a îmbunătăți izolarea cu frecvențe joase, atât pe suprafețe verticale precum și orizontale.
✅ Folosit între elemente resort (fibre, vată minerală) pentru a mări nivelul de izolare globală a prelucrării, îmbunătățind semnificativ frecvențele joase prin efectul membranei în cadrul sistemelor masă-resort-masă.
✅ Se folosește la izolările din industrie precum materialul anti-rezonant, dotat cu masă acustică la foile de oțel galvanizat.

Izolarea fonică slabă este una dintre cele mai frecvente probleme de pe piața imobiliară.
Zgomotul de pe stradă sau din apartamentele vecine poate complica serios viața, mai ales atunci când lucrați de la distanță.

Vestea bună este că această problemă poate fi rezolvată destul de repede.
Cu ajutorul specialiștilor calificați și a materialelor moderne, nivelul de zgomot poate fi redus destul de semnificativ.

Expertul companiei „PMSistem” sugerează utilizarea structurilor multistrat pentru izolarea fonică eficientă a pereților și tavanelor din cameră.

În munca noastră, acordăm preferință placajului cadru pe un profil metalic, unde în calitate de umplutură sunt folosite plăcile de vată minerală cu o densitate de la 30 până la 50 kg/metru cub, iar cadrul în sine este acoperit cu triplexuri din fibre de ghips acustic sau foi de ghipscarton ponderat.
Grosimea acestor garnituri este de la 90 la 150 mm.

O caracteristică importantă a acestor structuri este utilizarea elementelor de fixare a cadrului izolatoare de vibrații, care reduc transmiterea vibrațiilor sonore de la perete la placare.
Folosim în activitatea noastră membrane din PVC, folii acustice și întreaga gamă de materiale speciale ale liderului european în producția de materiale pentru izolarea fonică și izolarea vibrațiilor, compania spaniolă Danosa.

În proiect au fost utilizate următoarele materiale:
DANOFON
este un produs multistrat, format în centru dintr-o membrană bituminoasă de înaltă densitate, acoperită pe fiecare parte de câte un strat geotextil gros. Din punct de vedere acustic, funcţionează ca un izolant pentru frecvenţe joase, medii şi înalte.

Danosa ACUSTIDAN 16/2
este un produs dublu-strat format dintr-o membrană bituminoasă de înaltă densitate şi un strat gros geotextil. Din punct de vedere acustic, funcţionează ca barieră sonoră.

M.A.D 2
Membrana acustică Danosa M.A.D. este o membrană de înaltă densitate, din bitum modificat, armat şi filmat pe ambele feţe. Din punct de vedere acustic funcţionează ca un material anti-rezonant şi constituie un înlocuitor eficient al plumbului.

New project is a best way to start the year.
We want to showcase this project in Infinity Tower at the Chisinau city, Moldova.

Our team used:
✅ Impactodan 10 – 9000 m2 and Impactodan 5 – 1000 m2
IImpactodan 5 (Impactodan 10) is a cross-linked polyethylene foam sheet, 5 and 10 mm thick.
Its closed cell structure provides exceptional physical and mechanical properties.
It is used for acoustic insulation of deck impact noise in buildings.
It presents high resistance to fatigue and is easy to install.
✅ Acustidan 16/2 - 500 m2, a multi-layer panel made of a high density bitumen based membrane and a porous textile layer.
Acustidan is specially designed for aerial noise acoustic insulation and can be used both for wall and roof insulation of houses and business premises.
✅ M.A.D 6 - 100 m2 a high density bitumen modified membrane specifically designed to behave as an anti-resonant material.
It is an efficient substitute for lead sheets. Between porous absorbers materials works like a panel absorber (most efficient at absorbing low frequencies).

Acoustic Insulation System in Domestic Project using Danosa products
Noise level reduction - 85-90 dB

🎧 ACUSTIDAN 16/4 is a multi-layer panel made of a high density bitumen based membrane and a porous textile layer.
Acoustically it works as a low frequency sound insulation.

🎧 FONODAN 50 is a two layer product made of a self-adhesive high density bitumen membrane thermally bonded to a cross-linked polyethylene.
FONODAN 50 acoustically works as spring between the gypsum board and frame.

🎧 Membrana Acústica Danosa M.A.D.4 is a high density bitumen modified membrane specifically designed to behave as an anti resonant material.
It is an efficient substitute for lead sheets. Between porous absorbers materials works like a panel absorbers (most efficient at absorbing low frequencies).

Here is another awesome project by Danosa Moldova: restaurant "Porter Yard".
We used:
👷 M.A.D 2: acoustic Insulation
Its high density and plasticity allow to use them as substitute for lead sheets, providing higher deadening of low-frequency noise produced by resonance between laminated plaster panels.

👷 Acustidan 16/2 is a multi-layer panel made of a high density bitumen based membrane and a porous textile layer. Acustidan is specially designed for aerial noise acoustic insulation and can be used both for wall and roof insulation of houses and business premises.

👷FONODAN B is a two layer product made of a self-adhesive high density bitumen membrane thermally bonded to a cross-linked polyethylene.
FONODAN B acoustically works providing the acoustic mass of the tube body and removing resonant frequencies.

PMSistem prezinta material pentru IZOLARE ACUSTICĂ

16/2 este un compus din două straturi format dintr-o foaie elastomerică de densitate înaltă și un strat compus din fibre de bumbac și textil reciclat legate cu rășină fenolică.
Din punct de vedere acustic, ACUSTIDAN funcționează ca un rezonator membrană (izolație pe frecvență joasă) cu material poros pe de o parte (izolație pe frecvențe medii și înalte).

DOMENIUL DE APLICARE
✔ Se folosește în primul rând ca supliment pentru frecvențele joase de izolare tradițională bazată pe vată minerală pentru localuri publice amplasate în construcțiile terțiare și industriale precum sunt cinematografele, localuri cu orar nocturn, localuri muzicale, etc.
✔ Ca izolant în camere cu pereți în timpul reparației locuințelor, hotelurilor, etc.
✔ Izolarea burlanelor în localurile publice.
