CHAMPAGNE. Landscape designed as part of the architecture

The pool area becomes the heart of the complex, bringing together spaces for relaxation, socializing and outdoor living.
Clean geometry is softened by layered landscaping, mature trees and natural textures. Terraces, private cabanas and lounge areas create different levels of privacy around the water.
Architecture, landscape and water work together as one hospitality environment, calm by day and transformed by light after sunset.

In hospitality design, art should do more than decorate a wall.

For Sol Restaurant in Chișinău, we used frescoes to build a visual narrative around the Sun — a timeless symbol interpreted differently across centuries, cultures and artistic eras.

These historical layers meet contemporary materials, engineering and architecture, creating an interior that guests can explore rather than simply observe.

This is how we approach hospitality at BOOM Project: every strong concept should give a space its own identity, create moments of discovery and make the guest experience more memorable.

Part 2 of the SOL .md story is about the space that ultimately became the heart of the entire restaurant.

From the very beginning, we envisioned the bar not as a separate functional zone, but as one of the key elements of the project is a visual and emotional centerpiece shaping the atmosphere of the entire space.

We needed to find a solution that would work architecturally and functionally while staying true to the overall concept of the restaurant.

In this part, we share how the bar concept came to life, the challenges we faced along the way and why it ultimately became the heart of SOL.

Every project has its own starting point. For SOL .md that journey began back in 2021.

That was when our team joined the project, at a time when the site was nothing more than a construction ground. Years of work, hundreds of decisions and a long creative journey lay ahead — ultimately leading to the result you see today.

This is the first chapter of the SOL story, told personally by Yaroslav Kovalchuk, Founder of BOOM Project.

The Havana Bar was designed as the project’s most immersive and atmospheric destination, inspired by the glamour and energy of Havana nightlife. Rich burgundy tones, velvet, crystal chandeliers, brass details, and sculptural floral ceilings create a bold architectural identity and a memorable visual experience. The space combines intimate lounges, private seating, tasting areas, and a statement cocktail bar, offering multiple hospitality scenarios within one cohesive environment. Carefully layered lighting and premium materials transform the atmosphere throughout the evening, adding depth and theatricality to the interior. Every element contributes to an experience where architecture, interior design, and hospitality work as one.

Balagan Marbella .marbella is conceived as a seamless dialogue between architecture, interior design and the Mediterranean landscape. The project’s concept is based on dissolving the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light, vegetation and sea views to become integral elements of the architectural composition.

A restrained palette of natural materials, layered textures and carefully balanced proportions creates a timeless spatial identity, while the planning emphasizes openness, fluid circulation and a variety of guest experiences. Every architectural and interior design decision contributes to an environment that reflects the character of Marbella and the relaxed rhythm of Mediterranean living.
