n & I'm able to get it sold. That later become a frustration turns to an idea, to serve a better product! D is down with it & there's no stopping. "Z" then later came to the picture when he called to meet up with a friend whose having trouble selling his Lasagna. Had a bite- greatest Lasagna it has ever been. whats wrong with it? The cost didn't match the price they sell-they make no money minus all cost.I can only slap my forehead & smile at the irony. I brought to Chef D & instill in him our mission- to help this guy. We got in the same page-help him make money. We brought "Z" at the meeting & he seems to have an interest of how we're going too help his friend. He like us right away & offer his expertise. Well base on looks alone, he doesn't appear much of a business kind. But his experience on working in big project interest us to take him along. By the way, his a friend from school, same class, stood on a chair like the rest of us loser when we didn't finish our homework, loves to eat, looks clean, honest, open to ideas & have a funny teeth. Together we want to redesign the food concept in Malaysia for everybody's well consumption. That's a bit idealistic eh? We want to have fun doing it. We hope you take it as our contribution to society that's been royally pampered by a half done snob production who call them self "high end only". Just know that we got it.
