LUX PI provides architecture, interior, space planning, landscaping, design consultation and product design services. Currently, the studio is working on residential, commercials, retail, offices, institutional center and cultural projects. 🙂❓ကိုယ့်ရဲ့အခန်း size ကိုလည်းမပြောင်းချင်းဘူး ဒါပေမဲ့ အခန်းကျယ်သရောင် အမြင်အားဖြင့်ပြောင်းလည်းခြင်ပါသလား? ဘယ်လို ပြောင်းလည်းက မလည်း?

💡 Lux Pi မှ အခန်းဆေးသုတ်ခြင်းဖြင့် အလွယ်တကူ ရွေးချယ်စရာ options (၉) မျိုးကို ကိုယ့်အခန်း အရွယ်အစား နှင့် အမြင်ကို ပြောင်းလည်းလို့ရအောင် sharing လုပ်ပေးခြင်ပါတယ်။
ဤ options (၉) မျိုး ကို ကြည့်ပြီး ကိုယ့်နေရာလေးကို ဘယ်လိုအသုံးပြုပြီး ပြောင်းလည်းမလည်း ကြည့်လို့ရပါတယ်။

Last year, this bedroom implemented a Feng Shui arrangement into its layout. The same limited space will have a "Productive Corner" this year for unmotivated working from home days. The design solutions are thus created in accordance with the client's brief to maximize the utilization of the space and its functionality.
A high-tech setup (or desk) solely does not make a productive workspace, but creating a positive atmosphere is crucial to our day-to-day lives.

Simple & Sleek Residential Project

Project Location: 8-Mile, Mayangone Tsp., Yangon
Area: 1920 sq. ft.
Scope: Exterior & Interior Architecture, Space Planning, Landscaping

8-Miles က Residential project ကို client ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်တဲ့ ပုံစံ နှင့် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Archi ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဟန်လေးကို ပေါင်းစပ်ပြီးတော့ ဒီ design လေးကို ဖန်တီးပေးဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ကျွန်မ Archi တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ဒီအိမ်လေးကို client ရဲ့ Lifestyle နှင့် Modern Farmhouse Design လေးတစ်ခု အဖြင့် အခြေခံပြီး စဉ်းစားပေးဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်။
Design လေးကို ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်း သက်သက်ရပ်ရပ်လေးပေါ့။ အဲ့တော့ concept ကို "Simple & Sleek" လို့ပေးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ရှိပြီးသား အိမ်လေးရဲ့ structure ကို full-scale remodeling လေးလုပ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်။
ဒီ design လေးကိုလည်း client အစ်ကို နှင့် အစ်မက ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်တဲ့အတွက် အထူးဝမ်းသာပါတယ်။

⭐️ ဖုန်းရွှေနည်းဖြင့် ဆွဲဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အိပ်ခန်း ဒီဇိုင်းလေး

When cultivating good Feng Shui in your house, knowing where to begin might be intimidating. Although Feng Shui is not design or decoration, its principles and ideals may serve as a guide for you to arrange your space in a Feng Shui way to upsurge harmony in your life.

What is “Feng Shui”?

Feng Shui is the Chinese psychological concept of living in the harmony. Feng means ‘wind’ whereas Shui means ‘water’ which is meant to bring positive energy to the living environment to balance and harmonize. In relation to interior design ‘chi’ is the type of energy force forming part of the living entity. Bagua map is used and it is in eight sections which are accustomed in layout; floor plans and furniture placement.

“Feng Shui” is implemented in the Bedroom Design of this project and here are the followings.
1. The bed is located at the command position from the door.
2. Solid headboard.
3. Side table (Same height as the bed)
4. Vanity table (Mirror beside the bed for the best Feng Shui Mirror Position)
5. Bed with legs.
6. Less is More Design.
