Another mixed used project in Monywa.

Ground floor is divided into shop area and garage for 4 cars. First floor is only for the owner’s family including 3 master bedrooms, living room, shrine room and study area. Second floor is used as big storage for the products. Third floor includes rooftop garden with barbecue counter.

ဒီ အိမ်လေး ရဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းကိုတော့ အဓိက အနက်ရောင် လိမ္မော်ရောင် နဲ့ အဖြူရောင် volume သုံးခုကို အချိုးမညီပဲ ပေါင်းစပ်ထားပြီး တခုနဲ့ တခု အားပြိုင်နေတဲ့ ပုံစံဖန်တီးပေးထားပါတယ်။ Outdoor garden နေရာလေးတွေလဲ သေချာဖန်တီးပေးထားပီး natural ventilation သဘာဝ အတိုင်းရှိတဲ့ လေအားတွေ နဲ့ သဘာဝ အလင်းတွေ အခန်းတိုင်းမှာ ကောင်းမွန်စွာရအောင်လဲ ဒီဇိုင်း ထုတ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။
