𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 - Amara ID Decoration & Construction Co.,Ltd.

Mala Wok is a vibrant dining space where bold flavors meet dynamic design. Inspired by the fiery essence of mala spice, the restaurant embraces an energetic red palette, balanced by natural greenery and raw concrete textures to create warmth and contrast.

A custom graphic pattern, derived from the restaurant’s logo, is embedded into the feature wall, reinforcing the brand identity while adding rhythm and texture. To enhance spatial depth, we introduced curved ceiling elements with reflective surfaces, amplifying the visual experience and creating a sense of openness. Flexible linear lighting and fluid neon accents add movement, complementing the restaurant’s lively atmosphere.

The flooring design plays a key role in guiding guests through the space. We selectively replaced the central walkway tiles with a striking black-and-white striped pattern, adding dynamism without overwhelming the overall aesthetic. Seating is designed for both comfort and functionality, featuring natural wood, woven cane textures, and deep red upholstery to harmonize with the bold theme.

By blending bold colors, playful geometry, and tactile materials, Mala Wok offers an immersive dining environment that captures the intensity and energy of its cuisine- inviting guests to indulge in a feast for both the senses and the soul.

Dermaluxe Aesthetic Clinic is designed with a minimalist and sophisticated approach, creating a soft and welcoming atmosphere for patients. The clinic’s design focuses on clean lines, a predominantly white color palette, and subtle gold accents to enhance the sense of luxury and refinement.

To create a visually striking identity, the clinic’s white façade is highlighted with ambient lighting, setting it apart from the surrounding restaurants. The entrance features a lightbox ceiling with ambient lighting, offering a warm and inviting glow that is visible from the exterior. Inside, the use of mirrors and perforated logo patterns adds depth, reflection effects, and an eye-catching focal point.

The ceiling incorporates delicate curved lines, introducing a soft design element that complements the clinic’s aesthetic theme. The strategic use of mirrors throughout the space further enhances the aesthetic appeal while maintaining a clean and modern look.

As the project involved renovating an old building that previously housed a hot pot restaurant, the design was carefully planned to optimize the necessary areas while leaving some spaces with minimal enhancements to align with the client’s budget. This thoughtful approach ensures an elegant transformation without unnecessary costs, resulting in a refined and functional clinic that embodies the essence of Dermaluxe.

Inspired by its name and culinary offer, the design theme follows the elegant and graceful Oriental Chinese culture.
The function, scale, and detailing, as well as the interior design, were a source of inspiration, as were the broader traditions of oriental Chinese art. The design, massing, and material selection are in the form of a contemporary building that interprets traditional principles.

Beyond the trend with different styles and designs, we accentuate the uniqueness of this project. The complex layout of the inner hall on the ground floor, which has capacity for 200 guests, can create multiple visual experiences through light and shadow. The bar and the restaurant are altogether different experiences that serve to unite the whole yet thrive as individual offerings. The dark red wall presents the splendor and luxury of the space, enabling guests to indulge in their gathering in a relaxed mood. Therefore, the guests can enjoy their time within a suitable social distance. While ensuring experience, the restaurant is full of reserved and rich oriental aesthetics. Each area is equipped with different items. The lights in the space are made of Chinese paper lanterns, a nod to the tranquil and authentic oriental beauty. Guests can enjoy their personal time, tasting dainty food while appreciating the multiple visual experiences through light and shadow.

The first floor serves as a venue for wedding ceremonies, conferences, and social activities capable of hosting 600 guests. Natural light and air pass through the windows into the lobby, which lies in front of the hall and is accessible from the staircase on both ends of the building. Every space has a different design. At the sides of the wedding hall, elegant and human-friendly rooms demonstrate gorgeous and splendid sense, providing private space for guests.

From an operational point of view, the service model and staff flow were as important as the customer experience. The design of this restaurant seamlessly integrates form and function, providing a seamless experience.

Limited by the existing structure of the building, when we designed the original intention, we constantly thought about how to make such a long, dimly lit street side shop a clear stream in the café industry, so that our design can be valued and maximize the profits of the clients in the shop. For this reason, we have retained part of the old top and painted it white, which gradually allows customers to enter the core area of the café, and at the same time adds a sense of love and ritual to the café. In the area of about 1000 square foot of space, through the design of the original space to eliminate the sense of constraint, but let it become a little interesting.

Welcomed by the rough paint texture at the entrance, the customer then notes with interest the coarse terrazzo tile flooring that guides them into the space. Lifting further their eye-level, they will discover an interesting 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 structures in the center, covered by wooden laminate. Simultaneously, the environment feels natural from the wooden surfaces on the display shelf and the ceiling, as well as the vegetation. Finally, pieces of graphic work constitute different focal points of the shop, bringing an ambient space and finalizing the integrality of Nut House Café and Bakery.

Cost - အကြမ်းဖျင်းခန့်မှန်းခြေအရ သိန်း ၈၀ နဲ့ ၁၀၀ ကြား ရှိနိုင်ပါတယ် စျေးနှုန်းကတော့ နေရာဒေသ ကုန်ကြမ်းရွေးချယ်မှုပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး အပြောင်းအလဲ ရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်..
