Liland Turnkey Works provides clients with finishing works from plastering & decoration, M & E, tili Liland Turnkey Works Ltd.

was founded in 2013 and is a subsidiary of Liland Holdings Ltd. The scope of the company is not only to supply bathrooms, kitchens or contract furniture to our highly-esteemed clientele but to embark in turnkey works. Liland Turnkey Works offers services such as plumbing, electrics, carpentry, roofing, plastering, tiling and other related services. The venture of turnkey works is not new to our co

mpanies. This service was offered in the past years both by Omni Stat and Creations. Following are some important turkey works carried out:-
- West Dragonara – 29 Presidential Suites
- San Antonio Hotel – Tiling of mosaic to swimming pools and deck area
- Sea Bank Hotel – Tiling of Pool Deck
- HSBC Malta plc – Office Furniture for call centre at Xewkija Gozo
- Go Malta plc – Office furnitue to the new office and call centre. All products used in projects with relation to sanitary ware, tiles, shower cubicles and other bathroom accessories is supplied by Creations Ltd. whilst all office furniture was supplied by OmniStat Ltd. Products are all imported from leading foreign partners by Creations and OmniStat. Amongst which are Duravit, Hansgrohe, Geberit, Huppe , Compir, GiCinque and many others of high reputation. The first project entrusted to Liland Turnkey Works Ltd was the refurbishing of db San Antonio Hotel & Spa. This project involved plastering, rendering, plumbing, tiling and sanitary ware to 550 rooms. Moreover all rooms were furnished by Compir as per MXA designs. In addition to the above works involved also the installation of 2 roof pools in steel along with the lining installation. Approximately 3000 sq.m of tiles were fixed in size 1200 x 900 mm. All restaurants and lobby areas were furnished through our partner Compir of Italy. Project was successfully completed in a record time of 26 weeks. Most of the projects which were entrusted to any one of our companies are better reflected in our projects section.
