Kristu tal-Baħħara Maltese underwater statue of Jesus Christ. The famous Maltese underwater statue of Jesus Christ was made famous Maltese sculptor Alfred Camilleri Cauchi.

The Committee authorized the divers to perform this work in honor of visiting Malta in 1990 for the first time Saint Pope John Paul II. The statue of Jesus Christ was made and originally sunk in 1990 in Malta, near the islands of St. Paul (St. Paul’s Islands). After 10 years this statue was moved from St. Paul's Bay to Qawra point, lying at 35 metres, as part of a better diving attraction together
