Centris II has recently opened its doors to the first tenants.

We spoke to Mr Julian Goffin and Mr Carsten Schaefer, Directors at Finductive Ltd one of our very first tenants at Centris II.

Q. Why did you decide that Centris II was the ideal location for your business?
A. The central location of Centris was a key factor for Finductive when deciding to relocate our office here. It is easily accessible to both staff and clients when visiting the office and the local amenities that are available was also an attraction for us.

Q. In what state did you choose to rent your area?
A. The office was shell when we took it on, however we could immediately see the potential that the space had to offer. With the floor to ceiling windows flooding the office with natural light! We knew it would provide a great working atmosphere for our team!

Q. As a company that is experiencing our brand-new premises, what is it that you like most at Centris II?
A. The modern entrance combined with the spacious and bright office space provides the perfect place for Finductive to proudly share with our employees and clients.

Q. What do your clients say about your offices at Centris?
A. We are going into our second month at the new office, the few clients that we have had visit us already were really wowed and impressed by the look and feel of the new office!

Job Role:
• Heading PA applications of the office, liaising with PA officials, preparation of PA applications and follow up of application at PA;
• Meeting clients;
• Preparation of architectural, structural, interior and landscaping drawings on CAD;
• Preparation of drawings, presentations, documents and drawings;
• Preparation of detailed construction/structural drawings, tender documents;
• Carrying out and producing accurate drawings – measurements on site using measuring tape and laser measurement tools;
• Carrying out site work such as but not limited to carrying out surveys on site, measurements of works on site, inspections, taking photos on site;

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience of working in Malta
• Working knowledge of CAD
• Able to work in a team
• Self-motivated and hard working
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Possess a can-do attitude
• Excellent command of English
